Career Guidance Services to Form a Career Identity for Vocational High School Students

Constraints and obstacles experienced by Vocational High School (SMK) students in the academic field are not only about lack of information world work or higher education, but ability SMK preparing their careers is still relatively low, do yet have a clear picture abilities, interests, abilities. goal. The purpose this research to form career identity through guidance services. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods Counseling Guidance Actions (PTBK). Data analysis was obtained from observations, interviews, documentation. Based on results interviews observations study, there significant difference between before after being given actions identities for class XII Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi. Thus, change services, so it can be concluded that services used an students' careers.
